It is understandable that sometimes schedules need to be adjusted and things need to be changed around. Ulu Studio will accommodate your schedule accordingly; however 48 hours notice is required for any permanent makeup cancellations and 24 hours notice for all other services. If you’re cancelling or rescheduling the day of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and another deposit will have to be made to book another appointment.
If for any reason you’re running late for your appointment please contact us immediately. For all permanent makeup appointments if you are late by more than 15 minutes, Ulu Studio holds the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment based on the circumstances and a cancellation fee may be applied.
If you’re late for your non-permanent makeup service appointments and fail to notify us your service may be altered to fit the remaining time available.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS & no shows
If you miss your appointment a $50 fee will be charged to your account. ($100 for permanent makeup). We understand emergencies happen, and things happen out of our control, so if you think you might have to miss your appointment please be courteous and give us a call in advance. We do require 48 hours notice but if it’s an emergency then please give us a call when you can to let us know.
For all permanent makeup services Ulu Studio requires a $100 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your service the day of your appointment. The deposit can be paid by credit card through online booking, by etransfer or with cash. Deposits will be deducted from your balance on the day of your appointment. We require 48 hours notice for any changes or rescheduling, in which case the deposit will be applied to your new appointment. Failure to pay the deposit immediately, if paying cash or using transfer, will result in your appointment being cancelled and made available to other clients.
All other services require a deposit of 50% of the service fee when booking
Ulu Studio does not provide refunds for services provided. In specific circumstances we will issue a credit toward any other service with us.
If by any chance you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products we used at our salon then please give us a call immediately. If the allergic reaction is severe then please go to nearest emergency. If you think you have had allergic reactions before to any of the procedures and products that were used for those procedures then please give us a call in advance to come in for a quick patch test.
CLIENTS WITH CHILDREN
Please try and make arrangements for childcare for your appointments. If you are coming to an appointment with children then please make sure you will have someone who can supervise them.
Absolutely no bringing children or other guests to permanent makeup appointments.
As a courtesy to other clients we don’t allow pets in our studio. The only exception is service dogs but please give us a call in advance to notify us that you will be coming with an animal so we can make sure that none of our clients that day are allergic to animals.
